Job summary

UEI College in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Associate Director of Student Affairs to lead the campus Education Team. You will oversee delivery of quality educational programs and develop strategies to improve retention, completion, and licensure goals.

Responsibilities include supervising student activities, coordinating with instructors and Career Services, and ensuring adherence to laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies. This role drives student success on campus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal/state laws, accreditor standards, and policies.
• Supervise and monitor student activities across campus.
• Facilitate Gateway to Success and College Prep Day with faculty and staff.
• Plan and promote Student Appreciation, Student Awards, and Student Ambassador Program.
• Communicate and confirm with instructors on Student Satisfaction Survey schedules.
• Lead Student Progress Report planning and follow-up.
• Monitor at-risk student populations for retention and attendance.
• Advise on student fails, SAP and MTF risks.
• Coordinate with Student Service Center on at-risk campaigns.
• Collaborate with Career Services on weekly meetings, workshops, externships.
• Assist with instructor check-outs to ensure grades and attendance are posted.
• Support recruitment and training of instructors under the Director of Education.
