Job summary

Alpha seeks a Program Director to build a coaching culture for Guides delivering Alpha's model. You will lead life skills workshops and coach students across K-8, using proven playbooks and performance data to drive weekly improvements.

Join a mission-focused team on campus in Dallas, OK, Austin, Fort Worth, or Oklahoma City. A Bachelor’s is required; relocation support is provided and visa sponsorship is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in education, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience leading a team with performance-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build a coaching culture and develop Guides with high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students using playbooks.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions helping students own ambitious goals.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence.
