Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising a faculty team for 150+ students, conducting observations, and organizing events. The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education, teaching, curriculum & instruction, educational leadership, or related field.
• At least two years of industry-relevant work experience preferred.
• Commitment to academic excellence and strong oral/written communication.
• Knowledge of pedagogical methods and LMS.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee faculty/students for 150+ students across assigned programs.
• Maintain one teaching class with flexible scheduling (nights/weekends) as needed.
• Train, mentor, and monitor faculty; conduct faculty meetings.
• Assist Academic Deans and Program Managers in oversight of faculty/students.
• Interview teacher candidates and coordinate events; advise students on SAP.
• Organize field trips and contribute to program improvement and curriculum development.
• Participate in orientation for new students; promote best practices among faculty.
