Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking an Assistant Director of Internal QA and Training to lead training and quality assurance across CSI programs in Southington, CT. You will develop curricula, supervise staff, and coordinate proposals and reports to funders and clients.

The role involves managing Training and Quality Assurance staff, creating curricula, and advancing LMS utilization. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience and supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science/human services/education field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of technical experience facilitating research-based training programs and at least 2 years providing evidence-based quality assurance coaching.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Expertise in adult education methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of quality assurance coaching techniques and have the necessary skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct training and quality assurance activities for all programs across CSI.
• Coordinate workflow across the training academy.
• Monitor and evaluate quality assurance and training to ensure the highest quality of service, using data analytics.
• Create monthly billing reports for programs and submit to VP and finance.
• Create reports on a monthly, quarterly and semiannual basis, analyze, and submit to VP of training.
• Work closely with the Assistant Director of TLI to ensure Department infrastructure meets changing needs and maintain high quality between internal and external programs.
