Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ESL/EFL, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or Linguistics (or related field) is required.
• Two years of teaching adult learners preferred.
• Knowledge of teaching methodologies and intercultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach ESL courses up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare and submit lesson plans prior to each session.
• Grade and provide timely feedback on student work.
• Evaluate and monitor students’ progress using various assessment tools.
• Deliver engaging instruction with student-centered activities.
• Maintain records reporting student progress to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Attend and participate in instructor in-service meetings.
• Engage in professional development with at least two activities annually.
• Organize and lead field trips for student enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement through feedback and committee participation.
