Qualifications

• Four years of experience planning and implementing educational or training programs.
• A college degree; minimum two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of the community college system and prerequisites for healthcare training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience within a union and/or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns provider/program relationships, contracts, and invoice follow-up.
• Lead provider and enrollment meetings with agendas and notes.
• Track programs, enrollments, and budgets; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Use Wrike for project management and tracking.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for employers and providers.
• Collaborate with Finance and AD to report operating plans.
• Negotiate contracts with providers.
