Job summary

SEIU UHW-West & Joint Employer Education Fund is seeking a Program Coordinator to align the Education Department, coordinate multiple programs, and support strategic initiatives across Oakland or Los Angeles. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Education and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree, four years of program experience, and strong skills in Wrike, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience planning and implementing educational or training programs.
• Sound knowledge of the community college system and prerequisites for healthcare training.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Owns provider/program relationships, contracts, invoicing, and meetings with follow-up notes.
• Researches provider options and provides recommendations and next steps.
• Collaborates to develop recruitment and marketing plans for programs.
• Uses Wrike to manage projects with tasks, dates, and AD assignments.
• Leads invoice management and coordinates with Finance for enrollment and cost data.
