Job summary

California-Tribal-Tanf-Partnership seeks an Education Coordinator to plan, design, implement, administer and evaluate culturally-sensitive educational programs. The role includes school support, academic consultations, IEP/504 initiatives, and educational events, with travel across CTTP sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • AA/AS degree or High School diploma with two years of related experience.
  • Current California driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation required.
  • Knowledge of 2 Gen concept, ACEs, Wraparound, 504/IEP preferred.
  • HIPAA rules and regulations surrounding education.
  • Ability to travel frequently to other locations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in CTTP Education Committee and answer employee questions on education services.
  • Manage and track monthly data or referrals from programs.
  • Develop and execute company-wide education initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct academic consultation meetings to develop educational plans.
  • Gather and analyze data to measure success of education programs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on education-related events.
  • Develop relationships with outside agencies to create training opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on participation, programs, and outcomes.
  • Travel to CTTP sites and other locations as required.
