Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional working experience with exposure to commercial and operational due diligence.
• Experience across or within industries within Private Equity.
• Knowledge of customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong program.
• Take initiative and learn new skills; apply existing ones.
• Creativity and ability to generate novel ideas to solve client problems.
• Aptitude for analytical work and working with large data sets.
• Willingness to work fluidly with a talented team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute due diligence engagements and post-transaction engagements for private equity funds and portfolio companies.
• Ensure findings are insightful and data driven; demonstrate thought leadership at a strategic level.
• Maintain great communication skills and forge strong relationships with clients.
