Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking a Regional City Leader in Los Angeles to drive a new city launch and sustain growth across schools and districts. You will build and coach the Account Management team, partner with Product and Marketing to align features and onboarding, and ensure compliance with local requirements.

This is a high-visibility leadership role in a fast-growing education tech startup. You will own the end-to-end region strategy, recruit talent, and execute plans that deliver ongoing revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role and 1 year of leadership
• Passion for Education
• Relentless track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets
• Strong bias to action and ownership

Responsibilities

• Define your region's launch and growth strategy with revenue targets.
• Own end-to-end delivery of a new city including planning, hiring and launch.
• Lead consistent month-over-month growth in your region.
• Build a high-performing Account Management team to delight schools and increase usage of Zen Educate’s educators and software.
• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding and Marketing to ship features and onboarding at scale.
• Ensure compliance with state/city/district requirements and standards.
• Strategize with Sales to launch in new districts and expand revenue.
• Foster strategic partnerships with education leaders and district accounts.
• Drive logistics and operations for dispatching teachers and assistants to schools.
