Job summary

Study Group is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of partner agents in Southern & Central Africa. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships to position Study Group as the provider of choice for Higher Education programs, while achieving enrolment and profitability targets.

You will work with university partners on joint activities, deliver product training to agents, and drive market insights through CRM and data tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with diverse partners.
• Proven sales and account management experience with KPIs.
• Experience using CRM analytics to track pipeline and performance.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales account plans with partner agents.
• Manage pipeline: applicant generation and conversion to enrolments.
• Collaborate with product sales and marketing to identify market trends.
• Maintain strong partner networks and ensure SLA adherence.
