Job summary

WorldStrides, a global leader in educational travel, seeks an Account Manager in California. This hybrid role blends client relationship management with proactive sales outreach, nurturing Program Leader partnerships, and expanding the customer base through new leads and referrals.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, reselling tours, and collaborating with Program Management, Financial Service Representatives, and others to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and time management with a client-focused approach.
• Experience in sales or customer service, including relationship building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong relationships with Program Leaders and handles inquiries promptly.
• Maintains proactive outreach to achieve sales goals and grow the client base.
• Prospects new clients and follows up on sales leads to close deals.
• Hits or exceeds sign-up targets per sales season and resells future tours.
