Zen Educate Inc. is seeking a proactive team member to grow and manage a portfolio of US school partnerships while supporting educators to place them in daily subbing and long-term roles.

You will build deep relationships with schools, upsell Zen services, and collaborate with product and operations to improve the platform. This is a high-growth startup with equity, bonuses, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong school partnerships and manage educator relationships.
• Track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, sales or partnerships role.
• Comfort with a high-volume, quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow US school partnerships, building deep, meaningful relationships with partners.
• Generate demand for Zen educators and upsell Zen products and services within your portfolio.
• Coordinate with product and ops to communicate needs and improve the platform.
• Provide daily support to educators, ensuring placement in daily subbing or long-term roles.
