Job summary

UW Health in Madison is seeking an Education Operations Specialist to help manage daily operational work that keeps all educational programs moving smoothly. The role supports planning, monitoring, and evaluation by tracking data and producing reports.

You will implement and improve workflow processes, serve as a knowledge resource, and manage communications and materials for education programs. Hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional variations for department needs.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in business administration or related field. Two years of relevant experience in an office environment may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in an office environment required.
  • Experience in an academic healthcare setting preferred.

Job description

This is a full time, 40 hours per week position with hour falling primarily Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
