Association-For-Materials-Protection-and-Performance is seeking an Education Strategic Scheduling Specialist to manage budgets, scheduling, personnel, vendors, and equipment for AMPP Education courses globally. You will be the first contact for AMPP Education, treating vendors as valued customers and ensuring a positive experience for contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business, adult education, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in event scheduling, contracts, and project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue and expense budgets for Instructor Led courses.
• Audit monthly course financials and forecast future revenue.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with Marketing, IT and Operations.
• Negotiate facility, vendor, and outside service agreements to support courses.
• Own custom training contracts for large clients and interface with Portfolio Managers.
