The Alliance is hiring Sales Associates to join our Education & Membership Sales team, bringing energy, curiosity, and a drive to build a career in commercial roles.

In this hybrid UK-based role, you will prospect, qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and close deals with fast-growing tech companies, while cross-selling core certifications and memberships. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, community and customer success to share insights, learn quickly, and own your outcomes.

Formación

• Background or strong interest in education sales, training products, or learning solutions.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume sales environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and sales scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Engage decision-makers at fast-growing tech companies and cross-sell core certifications and memberships.
• Own the sales process from first contact to close and handover, using feedback to improve weekly.
