Job summary

Urgo Medical North America is seeking a Professional Education and Marketing Operations Specialist to coordinate 200+ speaker programs annually. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Sales to ensure programs are compliant and well-executed.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with 0-25% travel within North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing operations, event coordination, pharmaceutical/medical marketing, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs or events simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of ~200+ speaker programs including dinners, symposiums, webinars, and other professional education events.
• Manage end-to-end program coordination with all stakeholders and ensure resources are available.
• Oversee speaker roster and connect qualified speakers with relevant opportunities.
• Coordinate program approvals, logistics, communications, and compliance with policies.
• Work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance, Sales, and Training to ensure successful event execution.
