Job summary

Urgo Medical North America LLC is seeking a Professional Education and Marketing Operations Specialist to coordinate and execute 200+ speaker programs annually. You will work with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Sales Ops, and Training to ensure compliant, high-impact programs.

The role requires strong organization, proactive multitasking, and the ability to manage timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
3+ years in marketing operations, event coordination, or healthcare marketing.
Experience coordinating multiple programs or events simultaneously.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning and execution of approximately 200+ speaker programs annually.
Manage end-to-end program coordination with stakeholders and timelines.
Oversee speaker roster and match speakers to opportunities.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance to maintain speaker database integrity.
Coordinate program approvals, logistics, and communications in compliance with policies.
