Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. seeks a Financial Professional to join the team in the greater Shreveport area to manage plan sponsor relationships in tax-exempt markets and retail. The role includes 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education and seminars.

Qualified candidates will prospect, schedule and conduct appointments, and present investment solutions. Qualifications include Series 7/65/66, Life & Health Licenses, and a strong desire to help

Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience in defined contribution plans (403(b), 457)
• Knowledge of rules around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting and plan documents
• Ability to prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments and seminars

Responsibilities

• Enroll 403(b)/457 and manage retirement and investment strategies for clients
• Educate participants and conduct retirement/investment seminars
• Develop plan sponsor relationships and grow the client base
