Job summary

Nexplore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure instructors receive teaching tools and curriculum materials. This role focuses on stocking, shipping, tracking materials, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will equip instructors with materials and maintain orderly, productive workflows. You will manage inventory, update scheduling software, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring smooth operations across the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required (or higher).
• 2+ years of experience as an Office Assistant supporting logistics (preferably in education).
• Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning.
• Ability to anticipate and approach problems with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time, and multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and organizational abilities.
• Excellent secretarial/organizational skills and independence.
• Must have reliable transportation to drop off packages to UPS/USPS.
• Experience with Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and internal software.

Responsibilities

• Own the full execution of ensuring instructors are prepared with the physical tools to teach Nexplore programs.
• Prepare curriculum materials to ship to instructors.
• Create UPS labels and ensure packages are shipped/tracked.
• Email instructors access to curriculum content, tutorials, and lesson plans.
• Ensure instructors have received all required materials prior to starting classes.
• Maintain accurate schedule info by updating software with new classes as needed.
• Help keep the office organized.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stocking/ordering materials as needed.
• Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities meeting deadlines.
• Provide backup support for other team members and daily office operations.
