Qualifications

• Associate’s degree minimum; Bachelor’s in Education or Human Services preferred.
• 2+ years experience working with a school system.
• Strong communication and coordination with guardians, teachers and CFBC staff.
• Experience in public schools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic needs for minors across multiple school systems.
• Obtain guardian consent for communications with school systems.
• Maintain weekly contact with FBC staff to ensure assignments and devices.
• Assist with homebound instruction to keep students on track during treatment.
• Address how IEP or special education goals will be met during treatment and post-treatment.
• Ensure minors have devices and materials (assignments, tablets/computers, tests).
• Ensure remote education is accessible as needed.
• Share discharge information with appropriate school personnel.
• Attend FBC staff meetings as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust services with the treatment team.
