Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), 3–4 years of sales experience, and excellent English and Hindi communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream; MBA is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• 3–4 years of sales/business development experience.
• Willingness to perform multiple follow-up calls to convert leads.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into confirmed enrolments through proactive outreach.
• Conduct needs analysis (subjects, level, location, budget, timings) before pitching services.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular conversion/revenue reports.
• Balance supply with demand with operations and follow up until closure.
• Follow up with undecided prospects until they convert or are closed.
