Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience developing, coordinating, or conducting employee training.
• Associate degree may substitute for two years; bachelor’s for four years of experience.
• Experience training users on Infinite Campus or similar SIS.
• Experience with Elevate Data Quality (Certify).
• Knowledge of K-12 policies (behavior, attendance, scheduling, grading, reporting).
• Experience writing and maintaining training materials, presentations, and videos.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement IT training programs for District staff.
• Develop training content; design manuals by identifying information needs.
• Coordinate materials for a diversely skilled audience.
• Review external training programs and partner with vendors for best fit.
• Provide hands-on training sessions on technical aspects.
• Offer educational technology guidance for grades K-12 faculty (Canvas, G Suite, Chromebooks, Microsoft).
• Conduct training classes on district software and personal computers.
• Evaluate training materials and implement changes.
• Implement best practices and schedule training programs.
• Develop and provide online learning competencies.
• Ensure compliance with District practices and procedures.
• Coordinate meetings with trainers and subject matter experts to review effectiveness.
