Job summary

Inspiroz in New York seeks a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service delivery for schools and corporate clients. You will coordinate with remote support, on-site technicians, and client contacts while traveling up to 35% of the time.

As SDM you will drive client relationship management, team leadership, and service quality, reporting to the Director of Service Delivery and coordinating with the Remote MST, Infrastructure, and Projects teams to align service delivery with client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent certifications.
Minimum 5 years in client and team management.
Experience leading MSP/service delivery teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and own service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution with the appropriate teams.
Serve as an escalation coordination point; ensure timely follow-up and communication.
Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations.
Conduct regular onsite visits to ensure service quality and alignment with client expectations.
Coach and develop School Technology Specialists and Business Technology Specialists.
Coordinate with remote teams and project groups to plan, schedule, and execute work.
