Job summary

The Chichester School District Education Center in Aston, PA is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the district's HR functions. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, induction, retention, policy implementation, and compliance with state and federal regulations, including labor agreements for a large staff and student body.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of administrative experience, HR expertise, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in human resources or related degree preferred.
• Experience with labor relations and a unionized workforce.
• Experience administering medical and prescription benefits plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, induction and retention of staff.
• Implement district policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and administer all collective bargaining agreements, compensation plans and benefits.
• Collaborate across departments and engage with union leadership to uphold agreements.
