Somerton Elementary School District 11 is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead benefits administration, retirement programs, and HR system initiatives. The role requires coordinating FMLA, vendor relations, and data-driven reporting to support district leadership.

You will work under the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and district policies while maintaining confidential employee information and providing guidance to staff.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of employee benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits; familiarity with FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ASRS.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment platforms, payroll deduction processing, and vendor management.
• Ability to administer complex benefits programs and enrollment processes, maintain confidential records, and generate/interpret reports.

Responsabilidades

• Administers employee benefit programs to ensure accurate enrollment and ongoing administration.
• Administers retirement-related programs and ASRS reporting to support participation and compliance.
• Coordinates FMLA administration, documentation, tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
• Manages HR systems implementations and process improvements, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy.
• Develops reports and analyzes enrollment, billing, and compliance data for decision-making.
