Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Update employee evaluation records in Frontline system.
• Monitor probationary and tenure status for teachers and staff.
• Verify teacher certifications meet state requirements.
• Post and update federal/state labor law posters.
• Administer benefits orientation and enrollments.
• Assist with annual open enrollment and ACA reporting.
• Support payroll with necessary reports and salary data.
• Track leaves, disability, and worker's compensation processes.
• Coordinate with insurance vendors and prepare required documentation.
