Job summary

The role covers procurement, budgeting, financial transactions, travel, and reporting, working with the dean, chairs, and faculty to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

You will handle requisitions, POs, contracts, reimbursements, invoicing, journal entries, and Concur travel matters, while supporting grant management and audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field with three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with procurement, budgeting, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, ProCard transactions, reimbursements, invoices, and journal vouchers.
• Monitor budgets and restricted funds and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and projections and support grant/account management.
