Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred for HR roles.
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment and admin experience in HR is expected.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; posting job openings; updating the weekly job opening report; maintaining personnel records.
• Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and payroll information; taking company ID photos; assigning uniforms; and guiding orientation.
• Addressing administrative and receptionist responsibilities with excellent communication, phone etiquette, organization, and customer service.
• Documents HR actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Assists with sourcing/screening candidates by utilizing sourcing tools; working on New Account Staffing and Recruitment Projects; partnering with Operations on recruitment events.
• Other duties as assigned.
