Job summary

Antique Rose Emporium in Independence, Texas, seeks an Education & Experiences Manager to lead educational programs, workshops, events, digital content, and integrated marketing campaigns. Qualifications

• Experience in project management, events, educational programming, marketing leadership, visitor experiences, hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience supervising employees, interns, contractors, or project teams.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
• Experience turning ideas into clear work plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional judgment when working with employees, customers, speakers, partners, and the public.
• Comfort working in a seasonal, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major events and educational programs.
• Develop seminars, workshops, demonstrations, and paid educational events.
• Create an annual education, event, marketing, and content calendar.
• Coordinate a marketing team to align with retail and e-commerce plans.
• Recruit speakers, instructors, artists, vendors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Lead the development of educational videos and digital content.
• Coordinate recording and repurposing of seminars and programs.
• Develop online courses, memberships, and other revenue streams.
• Prepare program budgets, timelines, and attendance goals.
• Track attendance, revenue, marketing performance, and feedback.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate major initiatives.
• Build templates and procedures for programs, campaigns, and events.
• Serve as rotating Manager on Duty for guest needs and day-to-day decisions.
