The Antique Rose Emporium is seeking a hands-on Gardens & Landscape Supervisor to lead the care and presentation of our display gardens, grounds, and outdoor spaces.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both caring for beautiful gardens and leading a team.
Experience with botanical gardens, public gardens, estate gardens, arboretums, parks, or high-quality landscape operations is especially desirable.
This position involves regular outdoor physical work, including planting, weeding, pruning, bending, kneeling, operating landscape equipment, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather and available 1–2 weekends per month, with additional coverage during peak spring and fall seasons.
$45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
