Department: APWP | Pathways Academy

Summary of Job Duties: The Site Coordinator will work part-time during summer and academic year, acting as a liaison between the UAMS Pathways Academy Leadership and the assigned site. Responsibilities include facilitating STEM-H curriculum and activities for scholars throughout the year.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, community engagement, or related field
  • Three years of experience in coordinating education programs or related fields
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations and coordinate curriculum development
  • Deliver educational content via various platforms
  • Plan and schedule program sessions and events
  • Lead recruitment efforts and teach during camps
  • Collect data and ensure compliance
  • Establish communication with students and community partners
  • Manage instructional staff, including hiring and supervision
  • Travel as needed for professional development and outreach

Salary: Commensurate with experience and education
