Qualifications

• Expertise in instructional design using adult learning principles; translate knowledge for manufacturing workforce.
• Strong PM skills to manage education content initiatives from development through implementation.
• Proficiency with LMS and content development tools; collaborate with SMEs and organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain educational content supporting organizational initiatives, workforce capability development, managerial effectiveness, operational excellence, onboarding, and other business priorities.
• Translate organizational knowledge, business processes, systems, and leadership practices into clear, practical learning and communications content for employees and managers.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to improve understanding, retention, and practical application.
• Assess business needs for potential learning solutions to ensure educational content supports priorities.
• Review and update educational content to keep materials current and aligned with priorities.
