Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in education content development.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing educational content using adult learning principles; translate complex business knowledge into practical resources for a manufacturing workforce.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage initiatives from development through implementation and measure effectiveness.
• Proficiency with learning management systems, content development tools, and ability to collaborate with SMEs and organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain educational content supporting initiatives, capability development, managerial effectiveness, and onboarding.
• Translate organizational knowledge and processes into practical learning content for employees and managers.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to improve understanding and retention.
