• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in education content development.
• Demonstrated expertise translating business knowledge into practical learning resources for a manufacturing workforce.

• Design, develop, and maintain educational content supporting organizational initiatives.
• Translate organizational knowledge into clear learning content for employees and leaders.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to improve understanding and retention.
• Assess business needs for learning solutions to support operations and functions.
• Review and update materials to stay current and aligned with priorities.
• Develop rollout plans and materials for program adoption.
• Create learner communications, manager toolkits, launch materials, and job aids.
• Establish and maintain content libraries, templates, and repositories.
• Capture organizational knowledge into scalable educational resources.
• Develop mechanisms to evaluate learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Analyze feedback and business outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously improve content, reinforcement strategies, and support materials.
