Job summary

CMTS LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Associate Scheduler with a strong background in P6 Primavera to support major school construction projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and at least three years of scheduling experience for Owners or General Contractors.

You will review baseline and monthly schedules, perform QA/QC, and generate Earned Value curves per LAUSD templates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Minimum 3 years' full-time scheduling experience for an Owner/GC.
Proficient in Primavera and MS Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to interpret architectural plans and specs.

Responsibilities

Review P6 baseline construction schedules and identify gaps and critical path.
Review contractor P6 monthly updates and document schedule slippage.
Create filters, layouts, and bar charts in P6 to aid analysis.
Perform QA/QC on contractor schedules for conformance with contract scope and terms.
Ensure data integrity with standard codes and reports.
Create Earned Value curves per LAUSD EVA template.
Prepare reports and assist scheduling management.
