Los Angeles Unified School District is seeking a Project Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise to review baseline and monthly schedules, assess critical path, and provide detailed written comments using LAUSD templates.

The role requires six years of construction scheduling experience, QA/QC on submittals, and the ability to analyze earned value and time impacts. On-site collaboration with project teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of full-time construction scheduling experience for an Owner or GC
• Experience in educational facilities or public works preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and develop understanding of work scope.
• Review baseline schedules, identify missing scope, logic, milestones, and cost loading; provide written review comments.
• Review monthly updates and document milestone slippage and critical path changes.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor submittals for contract conformance.
• Create Earned Value Curves per LAUSD templates; monitor progress and identify schedule recovery options.
• Produce contract variance reports with root causes and mitigation schedules.
