Primrose School of Hillsborough is seeking an Education Coach to guide and develop early childhood teachers at 32 Falcon Road, Hillsborough, NJ. You’ll drive growth and mentorship within a culture where children and team members thrive.

You’ll support teachers across age groups, participate in hiring, and collaborate on onboarding experiences. You will observe classrooms and help implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum via our digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers of all age groups across classrooms.
• Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
• Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Support the use of our exclusive digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum.
