Job summary

The Primrose School network seeks a Regional Education Coach to support multiple locations by ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education. You will partner with school leadership and teaching staff to implement curriculum, drive instructional excellence, and maintain Primrose standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, classroom observations, program compliance, onboarding new teachers, analyzing performance data, and traveling between campuses as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Coaching/mentoring or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong curriculum implementation and classroom management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and support teachers and school leadership across locations.
• Ensure effective implementation of Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to improve instruction.
• Help with licensing, accreditation, and company standards compliance.
• Assist onboarding and professional development of new teachers.
• Analyze school performance data and create improvement plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance classrooms and student engagement.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed.
