Job summary

Primrose School of Johnstown Road is seeking an Education Coach to drive the growth and success of early childhood teachers. You will mentor, observe, and support teachers to create safe, healthy learning environments and ensure delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.

You will collaborate with leadership to design onboarding experiences and provide ongoing guidance. This role offers a rewarding, family-oriented culture with opportunities to advance within the Primrose network.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education desired.
• Ability to mentor and develop teachers in a classroom setting.
• Familiarity with curriculum implementation and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers across all age groups with classroom practice and growth.
• Conduct classroom observations to ensure curriculum delivery meets research-informed standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to design engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Support the use of Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and exclusive digital platform.
