You will be involved in teacher hiring, onboarding experiences, and classroom observations to ensure delivery of our research-informed curriculum using our digital platform. Bring dedication to high-quality education for children in their first years.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring early childhood teachers.
• Passion for mentorship and training.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers of all age groups to grow their classroom delivery and professionalism.
• Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
• Collaborate with leadership to create onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure delivery of Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Support the use of our digital platform to implement the curriculum.
