Job summary

Primrose School of Braselton is seeking an Education Coach to advance our mission of delivering trusted early childhood education. You will lead initiatives to hire, coach, and support teaching staff, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment aligned with Balanced Learning curriculum.

You will collaborate with the Leadership Team to execute training plans, observe classrooms, and foster a culture where teachers find thoughtful solutions that benefit children’s development.

Qualifications

• Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose School of Braselton.
• Two years’ work experience in licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with handling of children.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
• Coordinate with Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
• Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
