Job summary

The Primrose School of Paramus seeks a Regional Education Coach to support multiple locations in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will partner with school leadership and teaching staff to implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and monitor compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include coaching teachers, conducting observations, providing feedback, supporting onboarding and professional development, and traveling between assigned locations to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to teachers and school leadership across locations.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve practices.
• Support schools in maintaining licensing, accreditation, and company standards.
• Assist with onboarding and professional development of new teachers.
• Analyze school performance data and create action plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance classroom environments and student engagement.
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed.
