Job summary

Primrose School of Nashville 12 South is seeking an Education Coach to guide growth and success of early childhood teachers, delivering the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and mentoring staff.

You will support teachers from 6 weeks to Kindergarten, collaborate with leadership, and ensure high-quality, safe learning environments with the digital platform that accompanies our curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure curriculum delivery.
• Mentor and develop teachers to improve classroom practice.
• Collaborating with leadership and teaching teams to implement Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
