Job summary

Primrose School of Lakewood Ranch North is seeking an Education Coach to drive the growth and success of early childhood teachers. You will mentor teachers, conduct classroom observations, and collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences.

You will also support the use of our Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum on a digital platform. The role offers a benefits-rich environment with opportunities for advancement, and a focus on health, safety, and top-quality education

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring early childhood teachers.
• Ability to conduct classroom observations to support curriculum implementation.
• Interest in training and development for staff growth.

• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences.
