Job summary

Primrose School of South Tampa is seeking a Program Lead to guide early childhood educators, foster professional growth, and maintain a nurturing learning environment. As an Education Coach, you’ll mentor teachers, support curriculum delivery, and help create systems that ensure every child thrives.

You will participate in hiring, design engaging onboarding, and collaborate with the leadership team to enhance training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years coaching early childhood educators
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement research-informed curriculum

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teachers to deliver Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new teachers
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences
• Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
• Support teachers using the digital Primrose platform
