Position: Education Coach

As an Education Coach, you’ll be dedicated to the growth and success of early childhood teachers. Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
• Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers
• Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
• Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
• Support the use of our exclusive, time‑tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum

Salary Range: $40K-$45K

Shift Schedule: Rotation between 6:30am-6:30pm
