Job summary

Primrose School of Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Education Coach to support the growth and development of early childhood teachers. You will mentor staff, conduct observations, and help ensure our balanced learning curriculum is delivered with fidelity in daily practice.

This role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, participation in onboarding, and using our digital platform to implement the curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers of all age groups with classroom observations to guide curriculum delivery.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Assist in implementing the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum across classrooms.
• Support use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum.
