Job summary

Primrose School of Pickerington is seeking an Education Coach to mentor and train early childhood teachers. You will drive teacher development within a culture that prioritizes safe environments and high-quality care, partnering with leadership to elevate classroom practice and student outcomes.

You’ll oversee classroom observations, support onboarding experiences for new teachers, and help select and hire staff while promoting Primrose Balanced Learning® across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring teachers in early childhood settings.
• Ability to guide and support teachers to implement curriculum.
• Strong communication and collaboration with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers across classrooms and age groups.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new teachers.
