Job summary

Primrose School of Lake Norman is seeking an Education Coach to guide and mentor early childhood teachers. You will support growth, ensure safety, and drive mentorship within a culture where children and staff thrive.

The role emphasizes observing classrooms, partnering with leadership, and implementing the Balanced Learning curriculum with our digital platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in mentorship and training of educators.
• Ability to support growth of early childhood teachers.
• Familiarity with early childhood education settings.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers of all age groups in classrooms.
• Participating in the selection and hiring of teachers.
• Collaborating with leadership to create onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Conducting classroom observations to support curriculum delivery.
• Supporting the use of the Primrose digital platform for curriculum implementation.

Inspire and encourage teachers by:

• Supporting teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
• Participating in the selection and hiring of teachers
• Collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
• Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
